For series production of boats, blades etc, Balsa Core can be supplied pre-cut, shaped, and numbered in ready to use kits to optimise manufacturing efficiency.

 

Tapered Edging Strips

 

PU Foam Tapered Edging Strips can be specified for use when ending a run of Balsa Core to make the
reduction in thickness gradual and provide a neater finish. This tapered edge also saves operator time.
